Blue ink for imagePROGRAF PRO-1000

This pack contains two genuine Canon PFI-1000B Blue LUCIA PRO pigment ink cartridges. Each tank holds 80ml of ink formulated specifically for the imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 printer. The set is aimed at photographers and graphic designers who require accurate blue reproduction for professional output.

Consistent output during long print runs

The pigment-based LUCIA PRO formulation resists clogging and maintains colour density across extended sessions. Each cartridge can produce up to 4875 photos at 10x15cm or 545 prints at A2 size. This yield supports high-volume workflows without frequent interruptions for cartridge changes.

Replaces single cartridges for heavy users

Buyers currently swapping individual tanks during large jobs will benefit from the twin-pack supply. The jump is worthwhile when print volumes regularly approach the per-cartridge yield limits. It is not suited for owners of other printer models or those needing colours other than blue.

Questions about this item

Does the 80 ml LUCIA PRO tank run the imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 hotter or louder during long print runs?

The cartridges are passive ink reservoirs; they add no heat, fan noise or power draw beyond what the printer itself produces.

What printer must I already own for these two PFI-1000B tanks to work?

They are engineered exclusively for the Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000.

Can I mix the new blue tanks with older LUCIA PRO cartridges still in my PRO-1000?

Yes, the pigment formulation matches the existing LUCIA PRO set, so colours stay consistent across the full ink system.
