Canon PIXMA TR4720 all-in-one inkjet

The Canon PIXMA TR4720 is a four-in-one inkjet printer that prints, copies, scans and faxes. It is built for home offices or small teams that need a single device for everyday document tasks and occasional colour output.

4800 x 1200 dpi maximum print resolution

The single specification that decides fit is the colour print quality of up to 4800 x 1200 dpi. This resolution supports sharp text and detailed photos on supported media, making the unit suitable for users who need clear output without professional-grade colour accuracy.

Sustained output at 8.8 ipm black and 4.4 ipm colour

Under continuous load the printer delivers approximately 8.8 images per minute for black documents and 4.4 images per minute for colour documents on Letter paper. A borderless 4 x 6 inch photo takes roughly 65 seconds, so high-volume batches will run at these steady rates rather than the peak speeds quoted for short bursts.
