Microfiber Drying Towel 1200 GSM

This 1200 GSM twisted-loop microfiber towel absorbs water from paint, glass and chrome in fewer passes. The double-twist construction increases surface area for rapid drying without adding bulk. It measures 16 by 24 inches and weighs 0.5 pounds, making it easy to handle when saturated. Machine washable for repeated use.

Suitable for detailers

Ideal for post-wash drying, rinseless washes and final wipes after wax or coating on cars, SUVs, trucks, RVs and boats. Buyers who prefer a smaller cloth for tight areas or a lighter weight for quick detail sprays should look at something else.

1200 GSM twisted-loop absorbency

The 1200 GSM density and double-twist loops determine how much water the towel holds and how fast it releases moisture between passes. This single specification decides whether the cloth matches the drying speed and panel size you work with.

Questions about this item

What size bucket or wash mitt should I have ready before using the 16x24 towel?

The towel works with any standard wash bucket and mitt; no specific size is required to start drying.

Can I use this 1200 GSM towel on older clear coat or single-stage paint without marring?

Its extra-soft twisted-loop fibers are designed to lift water without dragging, making it safe for delicate or aged finishes.

How do I know the towel is absorbing correctly after the first wash?

It should pull standing water off a panel in one pass and feel heavy with moisture while staying lint-free on glass.
