What it is and who it suits

The CastomFZ Mini is a 2.1 CH dual-speaker system with a 6.92 in driver and 4 watt output. It delivers stereo sound for computers, tablets, TVs and laptops. The compact plastic cabinet measures 2.4 in x 3.96 in x 1.3 in and weighs .191 kg. Touch controls and a 55 in cable keep volume adjustments simple. Designed for desk or monitor mounting up to 1 in thick.

Check your setup first

You need a 3.5 mm audio jack and a free USB port for power. The speaker clamps to monitors 1 in thick or less; thicker bezels will not fit. No drivers are required, just plug both cables in. Ensure your device can supply USB power and outputs analogue audio. The 55 in cable length limits placement distance from the source.

Sustained load behaviour

At 4 watts continuous output the drivers stay stable during long listening sessions. The corded electric supply avoids battery drain. Touch controls remain responsive over extended use. The plastic enclosure dissipates heat passively without fans. Stereo separation holds at the rated 50 Hz frequency response during prolonged playback.

Questions about this item

Does the CastomFZ Mini 2.1 CH Dual Speaker include the 3.5 mm audio cable and USB power cable, or must I buy them separately?

Both cables are in the box — the 55 inch 3.5 mm audio cable and the USB power cable — so no separate purchase is needed.

The specs list 2.1 CH in the title but 2.0 channels in the detail — which one actually drives the CastomFZ Mini?

The speaker operates as a 2.0 channel stereo pair; the 2.1 CH label in the series name does not add a separate subwoofer channel.

What does the 50 hertz frequency response mean for bass when the CastomFZ Mini is connected to a laptop?

The 50 hertz lower limit means the 6.92 inch driver can reproduce moderate bass, though deep sub-bass below that point will roll off.
