CELUX Side Panel 24-Port Patch Panel

This CELUX side panel is a 24-port 1U patch panel designed for server rack installations. It provides structured cable termination for network infrastructure in data centres and wiring closets. The panel suits administrators managing Cat6 copper connections in standard rack environments.

Thermals noise and power draw

The passive panel generates no heat and produces no audible noise during operation. It draws no electrical power and requires no cooling airflow within the rack. Thermal load and acoustic impact remain negligible regardless of port utilisation.

Questions about this item

How is the 24-port patch panel mounted in a 1U rack space?

The panel occupies a single 1U rack unit and is secured using standard cage nuts or screws through its mounting flanges; the common mistake is not leaving enough rear clearance for cable bend radius.

What maintenance does the 24-port Cat6 patch panel require over time?

Inspect each port for dust or bent pins during routine rack audits; re-terminate any cables that show signal degradation, and replace the panel if port contacts become worn or corroded.
