Wireless 4-Channel 2k Security System

This system pairs a 4-channel recorder with one battery-powered 2k outdoor camera. The recorder accepts four BNC video inputs and one RCA audio input, while the camera connects wirelessly over Wi-Fi. It is suited for homeowners who want a compact setup with AI motion alerts and colour night vision.

Check Wi-Fi band and storage plans before ordering

The camera only joins 2.4 GHz networks, so verify your router broadcasts that band. Recording can be saved to an SD card up to 128 GB or to the included rolling 3-day cloud trial; ongoing cloud retention may require a subscription. Ensure you have a monitor or TV with HDMI, VGA or BNC input for local viewing.

IP66 housing and bracket simplify daily mounting

The camera carries an IP66 rating, meaning it resists heavy rain and dust without extra enclosures. A supplied bracket and screws let you fix it to walls or eaves in minutes. Two-way audio and a built-in siren are handled through the Vicohome app, so routine interaction stays on your phone rather than at the recorder.

Questions about this item

Does the CG6CB 4-Channel kit include everything I need to start recording, or must I buy a microSD card separately?

The box contains one 2k wireless camera, a mounting bracket with screws, and a USB charging cable. Local recording needs a microSD card up to 128 GB, which is not included. Cloud storage offers a rolling 3-day trial without a subscription.

The system supports four channels but only one camera is bundled — can I add three more CG6CB cameras later?

Yes, the 4-Channel NVR accepts up to four CG6CB cameras. Each extra camera connects wirelessly over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and pairs through the Vicohome app, so you can expand to the full four channels whenever you choose.

The headline says 2k resolution, yet the specifications list a maximum of 1080P — what will I actually see on my monitor?

The camera sensor captures 2k video, but the NVR outputs a maximum of 1080P over HDMI, VGA or BNC. You will view live and recorded footage at 1080P on the connected display.
