Graphic chart tape 1/16 in

Chartpak BG6201M is a matte black graphic tape designed for charts, graphs, signs and diagrams. It creates even solid lines for professional artwork and decorations. The self-adhesive tape is suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

Permanent self-adhesive tape

The tape uses a permanent adhesive that is creep-resistant for reliable bonding. It handles easily during application on various surfaces. No thermal, noise or power characteristics apply to this passive office supply.

648 inch roll matte black

The roll provides 648 inches of 1/16 inch wide matte black tape. Creep resistance helps lines stay sharp over time on charts or decorations. Buyers who need coloured or wider tape options cannot be served by this single product.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the 1/16 inch graphic tape so the lines stay straight?

Unroll a short section, align the edge with a ruler or grid line, then press firmly from the centre outward using a burnisher or plastic card to avoid trapped air bubbles.

Will the matte black finish fade or need replacing if used on an outdoor sign?

The permanent adhesive is creep-resistant and designed for indoor or outdoor use; prolonged UV exposure will eventually dull the surface, at which point the tape is simply peeled off and a fresh length applied.

What is the first sign the tape is reaching its limit on a long chart run?

On a 648 inch roll the edge may begin to lift or show slight adhesive ooze if the substrate is dusty, oily, or heavily textured, signalling the bond can no longer hold cleanly.
