The Chemtronics CW8100 is a no-clean flux dispensing pen designed for electronics soldering work. It suits technicians and hobbyists who need precise flux application on circuit boards, chip carriers, heat sinks, sockets and switches. The pen format allows controlled delivery without separate brushes or bottles. It is not for buyers who need large-volume flux containers or automated dispensing systems.

Build Integration

This pen integrates into a soldering setup by providing halide-free, noncorrosive flux that meets ANSI/IPC J-STD-004 and Bellcore TR-NWT-000078 standards. It requires a soldering iron and leaded tin-lead solder to function as intended. The no-clean formulation leaves little to no residue, freeing the user from a separate cleaning step after soldering. It does not replace the need for proper ventilation or safety equipment.

This volume handles intermittent bench work and rework tasks on through-hole and surface-mount joints. The pen tip dispenses flux until the reservoir empties, at which point the unit is discarded.
