Chicago Pneumatic CP7769 3/8in NPT impact wrench

This new pneumatic impact wrench delivers compressed-air power for fastener work. It accepts a 3/8in NPT air inlet and requires a minimum 1/2in hose at 90 psi. The pistol-grip design suits general-duty automotive and industrial tasks.

Suited for mechanics needing high breakaway torque

Technicians who need 1,440 ft-lb breakaway torque and 1,080 ft-lb fastening torque with three speed settings will benefit. The 6,500 RPM free speed and 1,200 impacts per minute handle stubborn bolts. Buyers without a 41 cfm compressor supply or who require quieter operation below 108 dB should look at something else.

3/8in NPT air inlet dictates hose

The tool demands a 3/8in NPT connection, 90 psi regulated pressure and 41 cfm continuous flow. A 1/2in minimum hose size is required to deliver that volume. Verify your compressor and plumbing meet these exact figures before purchase.
