Metal Stud Anchor Kit

The CHIEF MANUFACTURING PAC115 is a metal stud anchor kit containing four anchors finished in white. It is designed for installers mounting case or rackmount hardware to metal stud framing in commercial or residential structures.

Installation Notes

Each anchor drives into the metal stud to provide a secure mounting point for brackets or rails. The process requires only basic hand tools and access to the stud face. Misalignment during insertion can reduce holding strength, so pilot holes should be centred on the stud web.

Load and Compatibility Limits

The kit suits standard metal stud gauges used in non-load-bearing partitions. It is not rated for heavy server cabinets or dynamic loads that exceed the anchor's shear capacity. Builders needing seismic-rated fasteners or wood-stud compatibility must select different hardware.
