This Chronomite CM-20L/120 unit supplies hot water on demand at a single undersink location. It operates on 120V AC single-phase power and draws 20 A, consuming 2,400 W during operation. The compact housing measures 6.25 in high, 9.63 in wide and 2.75 in deep, fitting inside standard cabinets. It is rated for indoor commercial and residential use.

Replaces Storage Tank for Low-Flow Fixtures

The heater activates at a minimum flow of 0.2 gpm and delivers up to 1 gpm, making it suitable for hand-washing sinks or similar low-demand points. It removes the standby losses and space requirements of a tank heater where only modest hot-water volumes are needed. The jump is worthwhile when the fixture flow stays within the 0.2 to 1 gpm window and a 120 V circuit is already available.

Limited by 120 V Supply and Single Outlet

At 2,400 W the unit cannot raise temperature at higher flow rates, so it cannot serve showers or multiple fixtures simultaneously. The thermostat is fixed, delivering between 110 °F and 160 °F without user adjustment.
