The Eemax SPEX60T is an undersink electric tankless water heater designed for indoor commercial and residential use. It operates on a 277V AC single-phase supply and delivers hot water on demand without a storage tank. The unit activates at a minimum flow of 0.2 gpm.

Flow Rate and Temperature Range

Maximum flow rate reaches 3 gpm with a cold inlet size of 3/8 in. Delivered temperature is adjustable between 70 and 140 degrees F. These limits define the practical output for point-of-use applications such as handwashing or low-volume fixtures.

6000 Watt Power Requirement

The heater draws 6,000 W at 22 A on a dedicated 277V circuit. This single specification determines whether the electrical service can support the unit. Buyers without 277V single-phase power cannot install this model.
