USB MIDI volume knob for desktop control

The CINROPE silver knob provides a single rotary encoder that acts as a USB MIDI device. It connects to a free USB port and requires no driver installation on supported systems. The unit weighs .13 kg and draws power directly from the bus.

Plug-and-play integration with Windows, Mac, Linux.

No software or firmware updates are needed before first use. The metal shell adds rigidity and a blue LED indicates active status. The device is not compatible with Batocera OS or Chrome OS, so builders targeting those platforms must choose an alternative controller.

Sustained use with tactile mute and pause functions

A short press toggles mute or pause depending on the configured mode, while holding the button for 10 seconds swaps the assigned function. The encoder rotates continuously for smooth level changes during long sessions. The aluminium housing dissipates heat from the internal controller without fan noise.
