Cisco Webex Room Bar with Room Navigator

The Cisco Webex Room Bar is a carbon-coloured conferencing device designed for meeting rooms that need dual-screen support and simplified deployment. It pairs with a wall-mount Room Navigator touch controller for room booking and smart controls. The unit suits organisations that want a unified device-management experience without complex integration work.

Wall-mount installation and common issues

The bar and its Room Navigator are both wall-mountable, allowing a single-cable network drop to carry power and data via Gigabit Ethernet. Installers should verify that the mounting surface can hold the combined weight and that the RJ-45 run reaches the network switch. A missing HDMI-In source or an unsupported video codec will prevent content sharing from working.

Pre-order checks for your meeting room

Confirm that your room has two HDMI-compatible displays for the dual HDMI-Out ports and at least one HDMI source for the HDMI-In port. Ensure the network infrastructure provides a Gigabit Ethernet connection with PoE or a local power outlet for the bar. Verify that your call-control platform supports the listed SIP, H.323 and H.264 standards before ordering.
