Cisco Stacking Cable for Network Switches

The Cisco STACK-T1-50CM is a 50cm Type 1 stacking cable designed to interconnect compatible Cisco network switches into a single logical unit. It provides the physical link required for stack-wise or stack-power configurations in enterprise and campus environments. Network administrators use this accessory to simplify management and increase port density across stacked chassis.

50cm Length Limits Rack Placement

The 50cm reach connects switches in adjacent rack positions or within the same enclosure without excess cable slack. It does not span between distant racks or widely separated cabinets, so installations requiring longer inter-switch links need a different cable length. The Type 1 connector ensures compatibility with supported Cisco Catalyst and Meraki platforms that specify this stacking interface.
