Prestige Copper Solar Post Cap

The Prestige Copper Plated 6x6 Solar Post Cap is a two-pack of solar-powered lights designed for deck or fence posts. Each unit uses high-output surface-mount LEDs to produce a brilliant white light rated at 12 lumens with a colour temperature between 4500 and 5500 Kelvin. Two long-life AA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries are included for energy storage.

Post Fit and Installation Check

Verify that your existing posts measure an actual 5.5 inches by 5.5 inches, as the cap's inside base diameter is 5-5/8 inches by 5-5/8 inches. Ensure the mounting surface is flat and receives direct sunlight for adequate charging. Confirm the automatic dusk-to-dawn operation matches your preferred lighting schedule before fixing the caps in place.

Build Integration and Ambience

The antique electroplated copper finish and patented window frame with frosted lens create a distinctive ambience for outdoor spaces. The integrated solar panel and battery system frees the installation from external wiring or mains power connections. An auto-off switch provides manual control when the lights are not required for extended periods.
