Product Identity

The Climax Metal Products 2C-275-Z is a two-piece clamping collar sold as new sports memorabilia. Collectors of industrial hardware or branded promotional items may find it relevant for display purposes.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The component is designed for power transmission applications where it secures shafts under continuous rotational force. Its two-piece construction allows installation without removing other mounted elements, maintaining clamping integrity over extended operating periods.

Installation Notes

The split design simplifies fitting around existing shafts compared to solid collars. Proper torque on the clamping screws is essential to prevent slippage; the Proposition 65 notice indicates the presence of regulated chemicals, so handling with gloves is advisable during installation.
