Product Identity

The Climax Metal Products C-156-A Set Screw Collar is a new power-transmission component sold as sports memorabilia. It suits collectors who value industrial hardware branding or need a genuine Climax Metal Products piece for display.

Installation Notes

The collar uses a set-screw locking method that requires only a hex key to secure it on a shaft. Over-tightening the screw can damage the bore or strip the threads, so apply firm hand pressure without excessive force.

Pre-Purchase Checks

Verify that your shaft diameter matches the collar bore before ordering. Confirm that the transparent finish meets any aesthetic or regulatory requirements you have. Note the California Proposition 65 warnings regarding cancer and reproductive-harm chemicals.
