This finished-bore sprocket fits 60 series roller chain and carries 12 teeth on a 3.25 in outside diameter. The 1-1/4 in bore includes a 1/4 in keyway cut 1/8 in deep and two set screws for positive shaft locking. Slide-On Fit With Keyway And Two Set Screws

Installation means sliding the bore onto a 1-1/4 in keyed shaft, engaging the key in the machined slot, then tightening both set screws against the key and shaft flat. The fixed bore cannot be enlarged, so the shaft must match exactly. Misalignment or an undersized key causes premature tooth wear — the most common reason these sprockets come back.
