A 28-tooth steel sprocket for 35 chain with a one-inch finished bore, keyway and set screws included
This new Tritan sprocket is a finished-bore power-transmission component built for 35 pitch roller chain. It suits maintenance technicians and machinery builders who need a direct replacement or a spare for existing drive systems. The steel body carries a black-oxide finish for corrosion resistance.
The hub measures 2 in diameter with a .707 in projection and a 7/8 in length through bore. A 1/4 in wide by 1/8 in deep keyway plus two set screws lock the sprocket securely to a 1 in shaft without additional machining. Single-strand hub design keeps the assembly compact.
The 28-tooth configuration yields a 3.349 in pitch diameter and a 3.55 in outside diameter, fixing the speed ratio for any 35 chain drive. Buyers needing a different ratio or a multi-strand hub cannot use this part.

It uses a 3/8 in pitch for 35 chain, which fixes the tooth spacing and caps the chain size to single-strand 35 only.
The finished bore is 1 in with a 1/4 in wide by 1/8 in deep keyway, and the hub projects 0.707 in with a 2 in hub diameter.
Align the key in the 1/4 in keyway, slide the sprocket onto the 1 in shaft, then tighten both included set screws against the key and shaft flat.
