Product Identity

The Climax Metal Products M1C-65 is a metric one-piece clamping collar supplied as a new collectible item. It belongs to the sports memorabilia category while originating from a power-transmission equipment line. Buyers seeking vintage industrial hardware for display will find it relevant.

Installation Notes

The collar uses a single-piece clamp design that slides onto a metric shaft before the screw is tightened. No disassembly of the collar itself is required. Ensure the shaft diameter matches the collar bore; forcing an undersized shaft can strip the screw threads.

Compatibility Check

Verify that your shaft uses metric dimensions rather than imperial sizing before ordering. The product carries California Proposition 65 warnings for cancer and reproductive-harm chemicals, so handle with appropriate precautions. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free manufacturer-direct shipping.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the M1C-65 clamping collar is seated correctly after installation?

Tighten the single clamping screw until the collar grips the shaft firmly without axial movement; the one-piece design eliminates gap alignment issues.

What comes in the box with the M1C-65 and what must I source separately?

The package contains the metric one-piece clamping collar only; mounting screws, shaft stock or tools are not included.

Which M1C-65 variant should I choose for my application?

The M1C-65 is offered in a single metric size and transparent finish; select it when your shaft matches the 65 designation.
