Climax Metal Products M2C-36-S Metric Two-Piece Clamping Collar

Metric Two-Piece Clamping Collar

The Climax Metal Products M2C-36-S is a metric two-piece clamping collar designed for shaft mounting in power transmission assemblies. Its split construction allows installation or repositioning without removing other components from the shaft end. The collar suits maintenance tasks where quick adjustment is required.

Suits maintenance teams needing quick shaft

Engineers who require a solid one-piece collar for permanent location should consider a different style. Buyers who need a larger bore diameter than 36 millimetres must select an alternative size. The transparent finish may not match applications requiring a specific metal appearance.

Handles 36 mm metric shafts with even clamping force

The two-piece design distributes load uniformly around the shaft circumference to prevent marring. California Proposition 65 warnings indicate the product contains chemicals known to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Compliance documentation should be reviewed before deployment in regulated environments.
