Climax Metal Products Shaft Collar C-100-BO 100

Shaft Collar with 1in Bore

The Climax Metal Products shaft collar uses a set-screw design to lock onto a shaft with a 1in bore. It suits maintenance crews and machinery builders who need a simple axial stop or spacer component. The steel construction provides the rigidity required for general-purpose positioning tasks. No specialised tooling is needed for installation.

Capacity and headroom

The 5/8in width gives enough bearing surface for light-to-moderate axial loads in conveyors, jigs or adjustable assemblies. It runs out when the application demands high clamping force, vibration resistance or repeated repositioning without shaft marking. Buyers needing keyless locking, quick-release action or corrosion-resistant finishes must look elsewhere.
