Questions about this item

What comes inside the box and is anything else needed to start cleaning?

The set includes one ToiletWand handle, a storage caddy, six original disposable scrubbing pads and ten Rainforest Rush scented pads preloaded with cleaner — 16 pads total. No separate cleaner or brush is required.

How do I decide between the original and scented refill pads in this pack?

Both pad types are preloaded with disinfecting cleaner that kills 99.9% of germs. The ten Rainforest Rush pads add fragrance; the six original pads do not. Choose based on whether you want a scented or unscented clean.

What does the 99.9% germ-kill claim mean when I use a pad in my toilet?

Each disposable pad is preloaded with cleaner proven to kill 99.9% of germs on contact, eliminating the need to measure or pour liquid bleach while still disinfecting the bowl.
