What this camera does

The Clover EHO-E003-0927 is a battery-powered wireless camera that records 1080p video at up to 30 fps and captures still photos. It is designed for indoor or outdoor security, baby monitoring, body-cam use, or portable action recording. A built-in magnet and a 360-degree swivel mount allow quick placement on metal surfaces, walls, or a lanyard. Loop recording overwrites the oldest files once the micro SD card fills.

Limits of the wireless link

The device operates without a local Wi-Fi network, using a cellular connection and HomePlug signalling instead. Night vision relies on six non-glowing IR LEDs that illuminate up to 20 feet in total darkness, producing black-and-white footage. Video and photo capture require a micro SD card, which is not supplied. The 120-degree wide-angle lens covers a broad field but cannot be zoomed or adjusted remotely.

Deciding specification: storage ceiling

The camera accepts micro SD cards up to 128 GB maximum. That capacity ceiling determines how many hours of 1080p footage can be stored before loop recording begins. Buyers who need continuous multi-day recording without overwriting should verify that 128 GB meets their retention requirements.
