Window camera for indoor monitoring

The Clover WYZEWCWH mounts on a window pane with a hook-and-loop fastener and a 10 ft micro-USB cable, so it can watch outdoors while staying inside. It connects over Wi-Fi and is controlled through the Wyze app with optional Alexa voice commands. The 1080p CMOS sensor uses an f1.0 aperture and BSI technology for colour night vision in very low light.

Replaces outdoor cameras that need drilling

Because the unit sits behind glass, you avoid exterior wiring, mounting brackets and exposure to rain or humidity. The larger adhesive pad reduces internal reflections that usually plague window-mounted lenses. Upgrading makes sense when you want 24/7 recording without a subscription and a setup that takes minutes via Bluetooth pairing.

Continuous local recording to microSD up to 512 GB

A card stores the full timeline and lets you scrub through any minute in the app, while an optional Cam Plus plan adds 14-day cloud event history for people, pets, vehicles and packages at 2.99 per month. Without a card the camera still streams live and sends motion alerts, but there is no onboard playback buffer. Digital zoom is the only magnification method, so distant details remain limited.

Questions about this item

How does the 10 ft micro USB cable reach the power outlet?

The included 10 ft micro USB to USB-A cable plugs into the camera and runs to a standard USB power adapter; cable clips are provided to keep the run tidy along the window frame.

What step in the Bluetooth setup do people skip and lose connection?

Buyers often close the Wyze app before the Bluetooth pairing finishes; keep the app open until the camera confirms it has joined the Wi-Fi network.

When does the microSD card need to be replaced for continuous 24/7 recording?

A 512 GB card holds roughly 14 days of 1080p footage before the oldest files are overwritten; replace the card if write errors appear or capacity drops.
