Covert Camera with 15W Wireless Charging

The Clover Y12 disguises a 1080p security camera inside a 15W wireless charger for discreet indoor monitoring. It connects via 2.4/5G Wi-Fi and streams video to an Android app for remote viewing. The design targets homeowners who want covert surveillance of babies or pets without a visible camera. Buyers who need outdoor weatherproofing or battery-powered placement should look elsewhere.

Sustained Operation on Mains Power

Because the unit draws power from a corded electric supply, it records continuously without battery drain. Loop recording overwrites the oldest footage on a microSD card up to 128 GB, so storage never requires manual clearing. Motion detection triggers instant snapshots and video clips that are pushed to the app in real time. The camera remains active as long as the charger stays plugged in.

Tabletop Build with Rotating Lens

The compact body sits on a tabletop mount and houses a lens that rotates 160° left or right via the app for a wide field of view. Wireless charging works simultaneously with recording, keeping a compatible phone powered while the camera watches. An SD card is not included in the package, so one must be purchased separately. The device supports multi-user sharing for up to six accounts.

Questions about this item

Does the 15 W wireless charger generate noticeable heat when the camera runs continuously?

The unit combines a 15 W wireless charger with a 1080p camera; the charger is corded electric and the camera draws power from the same supply, so heat will depend on ambient conditions and charging load.

What must the buyer already own to record footage with this camera?

A microSD card up to 128 GB is required for loop recording because the package contains only the camera.

Will the camera connect to an older router that only supports 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi?

Yes, the camera supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, so it will work with a 2.4 GHz‑only network.
