Cobra RX180 2-Pack Walkie Talkies Orange/Black

Compact Two-Way Radios for Outdoor Groups

The Cobra RX180 two-pack delivers handheld UHF radios built for families and friends who need simple push-to-talk communication on hikes, campsites or job sites. Each unit weighs 0.3 kilograms and operates on 400-470 MHz frequencies with 22 preset channels. A 3.6-volt supply powers the set, and the water-resistant housing stands up to rain and splashes.

Ready to Use Without Extra Gear

No base station, licence or mobile signal is required — just charge the included batteries, select one of the 22 channels and press the talk button. Voice-activated transmission lets you speak hands-free while climbing or working, and the channel-scan function finds active conversations automatically. Ten call tones help separate your group from others nearby, and the integrated LED flashlight with SOS mode replaces a separate torch in your pack.

Efficient Power Use in the Field

The unique circuit extends battery life by reducing draw when the radio is idle, so a single charge lasts through long days outdoors. NOAA weather alerts monitor 10 channels around the clock, warning the group of storms without draining reserves. The 18-mile range claim applies to open terrain; buildings and hills will shorten usable distance. Output power is limited to weather-alert levels, keeping heat and noise negligible during normal operation.
