Direct-thermal vinyl labels for C-Series

These white vinyl labels measure 2 inches by .56 inches and arrive on rolls of 2665 labels each. They use a permanent adhesive and a gap-sensed design suited for direct-thermal printing. Twelve rolls come in a case for high-volume environments.

Check printer compatibility

The rolls have a 1.50 inch core inner diameter and a 4.75 inch outer diameter. They are wound in and non-perforated, so the printer must accept that core size and roll diameter. Verify the model supports Butterfly layout and direct-thermal media without a ribbon.

Vinyl construction resists moisture

The permanent adhesive keeps labels fixed on packages, shelves or assets through handling. Gap sensing allows the printer to detect each label accurately. The 4.25 inch outer diameter specification matches the roll dimensions for consistent feeding in supported desktop and industrial units.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need a separate ribbon for the 03-02-1797 labels?

The roll contains 2665 white vinyl labels on a 1.5" core with a 4.75" outer diameter. Direct thermal material prints without a ribbon, so no separate ribbon is required.

How do I choose between the 2" x 0.56" butterfly labels and other sizes?

Select this size when your application needs a 2" wide by 0.56" long butterfly label. The roll holds 2665 labels and fits printers that accept a 1.5" core and up to 4.75" outer diameter.

What does the 2665 labels-per-roll figure mean for daily printing on a C-Series or DLX printer?

At 2665 labels per roll you can print that many butterfly labels before changing media. The 1.5" core and 4.75" outer diameter match the roll holders on C-Series, DLX, EZ-LP, ADV LX, Blaster and Del Sol LX printers.
