120-litre collapsible wagon for outdoor hauling

This 120-litre folding wagon carries up to 360 lbs static load and 220 lbs when moving. It suits shoppers, campers, gardeners and anyone moving gear across sand, grass or pavement. The lightweight frame folds to a compact bundle that fits in a car boot or closet.

Thickened alloy frame

Pressure-resistant alloy steel tubes are thickened by 50 percent for rigidity. Four detachable wheels include two 360-degree swivel fronts for easy steering on mixed surfaces. The 11-lb structure adds minimal effort when pulling or lifting.

Adjustable handle angle and one-hand fold

The drawbar angle adapts to different user heights so children and adults pull comfortably. The wagon sets up or collapses in seconds to a 17 x 4.7 x 26 inch package that can be lifted with one finger for storage or transport.

Questions about this item

How do I unfold the 120L wagon from its folded 17" x 4.7" x 26" size?

Pull the frame upward until the steel tubes lock into the 28.3" x 17.3" x 34.2" open position; the step people miss is pressing both side buttons simultaneously so the corners fully seat.

Which parts of this cart will need replacement after regular outdoor use?

The four detachable all-terrain wheels and the adjustable drawbar joint are the wear items; the thickened alloy-steel frame and 120L fabric tub are not user-serviceable.

At what load does the wagon become hard to pull on grass or gravel?

The 220 lbs dynamic weight capacity is the practical limit; above that the 360° front wheels dig in and the handle angle no longer compensates for the resistance.
