This 25-inch internal cable connects a Corsair modular power supply to a motherboard EPS 8-pin socket. It carries a single 8-pin male plug on the PSU side and a detachable 4+4 pin male plug on the board side. The wiring uses 18 AWG tin-coated copper rated to the 1007 standard. It is intended for system builders upgrading or replacing the factory CPU cable on supported units.

25-inch reach with 18 AWG conductors

The overall length including connectors measures 27 inches plus a 17-inch branch, giving 69 cm and 19 cm of routing room inside mid-tower and full-tower cases. The 18 AWG gauge handles typical desktop CPU loads without measurable voltage drop. It will not reach dual-EPS boards or server-class sockets that require two independent 8-pin feeds from the PSU.

Self-adhesive tape included

One strip of self-adhesive tape ships in the pack to secure the cable run along case channels or behind the motherboard tray. No software, drivers or additional connectors are bundled.
