Outdoor bullet camera for day/night surveillance

The Computar Ganz BCH-IR3.6N-II is an outdoor CCTV bullet camera built for continuous day/night monitoring. It suits installers and property owners who need a weather-resistant analogue camera with infrared illumination for low-light recording.

520 TVL resolution with 3.6 mm fixed lens

This model delivers 520 TV lines of horizontal resolution through a 3.6 mm wide-angle lens. The fixed focal length sets the field of view and cannot be adjusted after mounting, so the camera must be positioned for the exact coverage required.

Universal swivel bracket for top or bottom mount

The included universal swivel bracket allows top or bottom mounting on walls or ceilings, simplifying aiming during installation. Power is supplied via 12 VDC, so a compatible power source must be provided separately; the fixed lens means the viewing angle cannot be changed once the camera is secured.

Questions about this item

What does 520 TVL resolution look like on a real CCTV monitor?

The 520 TVL rating delivers clear horizontal detail on standard analogue monitors, giving sharper facial and licence-plate recognition than lower-line models.

What video interface does the BCH-IR3.6N-II use and what limits it?

It outputs a standard composite video signal over BNC, so cable length and recorder input quality set the practical distance and clarity ceiling.

How does the universal swivel bracket mount on a wall or ceiling?

The bracket lets you fix the camera top or bottom, then swivel and lock it at the required angle for indoor or outdoor positioning.
