Computar Ganz MCB-3.7P CCTV Camera

The Computar Ganz MCB-3.7P is a new analog CCTV camera built around a Sony 1/3” 960H EXview HAD CCD II sensor that delivers over 700 TVL resolution. Its ultra-compact 25 x 25 mm body and 3.7 mm conical pinhole lens suit discreet installations in tight spaces such as ATM enclosures. A separate OSD control on the cable allows on-site adjustments. The unit runs on 12 VDC power.

Suitable Uses and Limits

This camera suits installers who need a miniature analog device for short-range monitoring in confined areas. The fixed 3.7 mm pinhole lens and 700 TVL output will not satisfy buyers who need varifocal optics, higher-resolution imaging, IP-network connectivity, or wider viewing angles for larger scenes.

Deciding Specification

The 3.7 mm conical pinhole lens sets the fixed field of view and minimum focus distance, making it the single specification that determines whether this camera fits the intended enclosure and coverage area.
