  • Dual 12/24 V power input eases installation

Product purpose

The Computar Ganz ZC-DW8312NBA is a new indoor dome camera built for analogue CCTV systems that need 690 TVL resolution and a 3.3-12mm varifocal lens. It suits installers who want True WDR, digital day/night switching and a 3-axis bracket for precise aiming without replacing existing coaxial infrastructure.

Voltage and cabling limits

The camera accepts 12 VDC or 24 VAC and auto-senses the supply, so a single model covers both common power standards. Video travels over traditional coaxial cable, which caps resolution at 690 TVL and prevents the use of IP networking features such as remote configuration or PoE.

Installation notes

A gang-box mount and 3-axis manual bracket let the unit sit flush on ceilings or walls, while the OSD tact switch handles WDR, motion zones and privacy masks on-site. The varifocal lens must be focused by hand at the camera, and outdoor or vandal-rated housings require separate accessories not included in the box.
