690 TVL varifocal dome camera

The Computar Ganz ZC-DWNT8312NBA is a 1/3-inch PIXIM digital sensor dome camera rated at 690 TVL for professional CCTV installations. Its 3.3-12mm computar varifocal lens and true wide dynamic range suit installers who need adjustable coverage and reliable exposure in mixed lighting. IP67 weather proofing and dual-voltage 12 VDC or 24 VAC auto-sensing make it viable for both indoor and outdoor deployments.

Replaces fixed-lens analog cameras

The varifocal 3.3-12mm lens removes the need to stock multiple fixed focal lengths, so one unit covers wide corridors and narrow entrances alike. True day/night switching with an IR-cut filter and 3D digital noise reduction keep usable footage after dark without extra illuminators. The jump is worth it when a site demands flexible framing and consistent highlight or backlight compensation across changing conditions.

Three-axis bracket and gang-box mount

A 3-axis manual pan/tilt rotation bracket allows precise aiming on wall or ceiling surfaces, and the housing is gang box mountable for standard junction boxes. Auto-sensing 12 VDC or 24 VAC power eliminates wiring mismatches during commissioning. Common issues arise if the OSD tact switch is used with wet fingers or if optional mounting accessories are omitted on vibration-prone poles.
