  • 12/24V auto-sensing power simplifies installation with existing supplies

Purpose-built outdoor surveillance

The Computar Ganz ZC-NH258Nm is a CCTV box camera designed for mission-critical perimeter security where fog, haze, smog, sand or rain degrade image quality. It suits installers needing real-time atmospheric correction for port, harbour or airport monitoring.

Sustained environmental performance

MIST technology continuously sharpens visibility by focusing through persistent atmospheric obstacles rather than reacting to brief interference. Dynamic Range Control automatically measures and adjusts colour and contrast across the full scene to maintain usable footage during extended periods of poor visibility.

Analog interface limits

The camera outputs 540 TVL resolution over a standard analogue connection, capping detail at that level regardless of lens choice. Low-light sensitivity reaches 0.015 lux at F1.2, defining the practical threshold for night operation without supplementary illumination. Power input accepts 12 or 24 volts via auto-sensing dual voltage.

Questions about this item

How much power does the ZC-NH258Nm draw when running continuously on 24 VAC?

The camera accepts 24 VAC or 12 VDC through its auto-sensing dual-voltage input, so it can operate all day on either supply without a separate adapter.

Which lens mount must I already have to attach a lens to this camera?

It fits any computar C or CS mount lens, so you need a compatible C or CS mount optic before the camera can capture an image.

Will the 540 TVL output work with my existing analogue DVR that records composite video?

Yes, the camera delivers a standard 540 TVL analogue signal compatible with composite-input DVRs and monitors.
