Compatible 64 GB DDR4 kit for Intel NUC 11

This 64 GB kit contains two 32 GB DDR4 SO-DIMMs rated at 3200 MHz with CL16 timings. It is built for Intel NUC 11 models NUC11TNHi50L, NUC11TNHi50W, NUC11TNHi7 and NUC11TNHi70L. The modules are non-ECC, unbuffered and run at 1.35 V.

DDR4 3200 SO-DIMM limits in a two-slot NUC

The platform provides only two 260-pin sockets, so 64 GB is the maximum capacity this form factor can accept. All installed memory will operate at the speed of the slowest module or the processor's memory controller limit. A 64-bit operating system is required to address more than 4 GB.

Straightforward two-module installation

Insert both 32 GB sticks into the two available slots to run in matched-pair configuration. Mixing with existing modules forces the system to the lowest common speed and timing. The 260-pin keying prevents insertion of incompatible DDR generations.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 64GB (2×32GB) kit or a smaller capacity for my NUC11TNHi7?

The kit provides 64GB total across two 32GB modules, filling both SODIMM sockets for maximum supported capacity on the listed NUC models.

What does the 3200MHz rating deliver once installed in an Intel NUC11TNHi50L?

The modules run at DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) with CL16 16-18-18 timings at 1.35V, giving the peak transfer rate the platform supports.

Does the 260-pin DDR4 SO-DIMM interface limit speed on the MSI GP66 Leopard GP66431?

The 260-pin DDR4 SO-DIMM form factor carries the 3200MHz signal; the system will operate at the lowest speed among installed modules or the CPU memory controller.
