Conable COU4-CC-RA-AD USB-C Right Angle Adapter 40Gbps 240W 8K@60Hz 90° Grey

What this adapter does

The Conable COU4-CC-RA-AD is a USB-C right-angle adapter rated for 40Gbps data transfer, 240W power delivery and 8K@60Hz video output. It connects two USB-C ports and works with Thunderbolt 3 and 4 devices, making it suitable for professionals moving large files between laptops, docking stations and high-speed SSDs. The 90° male connector reduces strain on ports in tight spaces around gaming handhelds, tablets and slim notebooks.

Check your setup before ordering

Verify that both host and peripheral have USB-C ports capable of the speeds and power you need; the adapter passes through whatever the linked ports support. Confirm your cable is also rated for 40Gbps and 240W if you want full performance, because a lesser cable will limit the link. Ensure the 90° orientation matches the port layout on your device so the adapter sits flat without blocking adjacent connectors.

What the build quality changes

A space-grey aluminum alloy shell dissipates heat during sustained high-power charging or heavy data loads. Nickel-plated connectors resist oxidation and maintain a secure fit after repeated insertions. The compact right-angle form factor keeps the cable run close to the chassis, saving desk space and preventing accidental knocks that can damage ports on expensive laptops, consoles or docking stations.
