Purpose and Audience

These fluorescent pink laser address labels suit offices, schools and mailrooms that need high-visibility mailing or filing labels. The bright coating makes each label stand out on envelopes, packages or colour-coded paperwork. They are designed for laser printers and copiers only and will not work with inkjet devices. Each carton delivers 100 sheets for high-volume use.

Upgrade Path

The stock replaces standard white address labels when colour coding or promotional impact is required. The jump is worth it for users who need 91% opacity to block underlying print and an acrylic adhesive that bonds to a wide range of surfaces. Sheets are comparable to Avery 5160 layout, so existing templates work without redesign. Inkjet-only environments cannot use this product.

Sustained Use Behaviour

Stored at 70°F and 50% RH the labels keep a one-year shelf life without curling or adhesive bleed. The 54# lignin-free face stock and 2.8 mil kraft liner feed reliably through repeated laser passes. Adhesive performs from a minimum application temperature of 32°F up to a service range of -4°F to 176°F, maintaining grip across seasonal temperature swings.

Questions about this item

What printer type works with these 2.625" x 1" fluorescent pink labels?

They are designed for laser printers and copiers only and are not intended for inkjet use.

How do I load the 100-sheet carton so the 30-up layout prints correctly?

Feed each 25" x 38" sheet with the 6.4 mil label side facing the print engine and select the 30-label template matching the 2.625" x 1" dimensions.

When should I replace the carton if stored at 70°F and 50% RH?

The shelf life is one year under those conditions; after that the 91% opacity face stock and modified acrylic adhesive may degrade.
