A 25-foot Cat 8 patch cord rated for 40 Gbps and 2000 MHz with S/FTP shielding, nylon-braided jacket and gold-plated connectors for indoor or outdoor use
This is a Category 8 patch cord rated for 40 Gbps at 2000 MHz bandwidth. The 25 ft run uses single-stranded 26 AWG oxygen-free copper conductors with S/FTP shielding to resist EMI and RFI interference. It suits gamers, streamers and home-office users who need reliable high-speed links for consoles, PCs, printers or PoE devices.
Each of the four twisted pairs is individually foil shielded and the overall bundle carries a braided screen, reducing crosstalk between adjacent pairs. Gold-plated contact pins at 50 micron thickness resist corrosion and oxidation, keeping insertion loss low over repeated mating cycles. The cable has passed Fluke certification testing for performance verification.
A nylon-braided jacket rated for 16,000-plus bend cycles protects the core during routing around corners or through cable trays. The UV-resistant PVC layer allows direct burial outdoors without conduit. Connectors survive 10,000-plus plug-unplug cycles, so moving a console or swapping a router port will not degrade the terminations.

The single‑stranded 26AWG oxygen‑free copper and triple‑shielded S/FTP construction are built for the full service life; no conductor or shielding replacement is expected.
The cable is rated for 40 Gbps at 2000 MHz; sustained throughput is limited by the connected devices' ports, not by the cable itself.
Passive copper cables generate no audible noise and negligible heat; the nylon‑braided, UV‑resistant jacket stays at ambient temperature during continuous use.
