Thunderbolt 4 Cable 0.2 m

This 0.2 m Thunderbolt 4 cable delivers 40 Gbps data transfer and 240 W power delivery for laptops, tablets and phones. The right-angle connector fits tight spaces behind monitors or docks. USB-IF certification confirms compliance with USB4 and Thunderbolt 3 specifications.

Replaces shorter or straight cables

Upgrade from a standard straight connector when desk clearance is limited or when an existing cable blocks adjacent ports. The jump is worth it if you need simultaneous 8K@60 Hz video, 40 Gbps throughput and 240 W charging in a 0.2 m length. It does not suit users who require longer reach between devices.

Plug-and-play installation

Simply connect each end to a Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3 or USB4 port; no drivers are required. The braided jacket resists kinks but the 90° bend radius is fixed, so avoid forcing the cable into sharper angles. Ensure both host and peripheral support the desired power and video profiles to avoid negotiated fallback.

Questions about this item

Does the 0.2 m length and right-angle connector leave enough room behind a dock?

The cable measures 0.2 m end to end; the 90° L‑shaped plug keeps the bend tight against the port so the braid runs parallel to the device instead of projecting straight out.

Which way should the L‑shaped plug face when I insert it?

Orient the plug so the cable exits toward the desk or monitor base; this avoids a sharp kink in the braid and keeps the 40 Gbps signal path clean.

Will the braided jacket or 240 W power rating need any upkeep?

The braided jacket is passive and needs no maintenance; the 240 W PD 3.1 rating is a capability of the cable itself and does not degrade with normal use.
