M.2 2280 2TB NVMe drive with PCIe 4.0 x4 speeds up to 7100 MB/s read, 6800 MB/s write, aluminum heatsink and 1400 TBW endurance
Capacity 2TB
The Corsair MP600 PRO XT is a 2TB internal SSD built for consumers who need fast, reliable storage. It uses a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface with NVMe 1.4 protocol and a PS5018-E18 controller. Sequential reads reach up to 7100 MBps and writes up to 6800 MBps. Random 4KB performance hits 1,000,000 IOPS read and 1,200,000 IOPS write.
The drive adopts the standard M.2 2280 form factor and mounts directly onto a motherboard slot. An aluminium heatspreader is integrated to disperse heat and reduce thermal throttling during sustained workloads. The design is backward compatible with PCIe 3.0 platforms. AES 256-bit encryption protects data at rest.
High-density 3D TLC NAND delivers an endurance rating of 1400TB written and an MTBF of 1,600,000 hours. These figures indicate the drive is built to handle heavy daily writes over many years. The combination of performance and longevity suits gaming, content creation and general productivity workloads.

Other versions of this model
The controller is rated for up to 7,100 MBps sequential read and 6,800 MBps sequential write on a PCIe 4.0 x4 link; actual throughput depends on motherboard implementation, workload and thermal conditions.
The drive uses the 2280 form factor and ships with an integrated aluminum heatspreader; verify your motherboard M.2 slot clearance and any GPU backplate overlap before installing.
Insert the M.2 2280 module at 30 degrees, secure with the motherboard screw, then enter BIOS to confirm the NVMe 1.4 device appears and set it as the boot drive if required.
