What the headset delivers

The Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE is a circumaural gaming headset with 50mm neodymium drivers tuned for a 20Hz-40KHz frequency response and 7.1 surround sound. It connects through a USB Slipstream RF wireless link with up to 60 ft range and provides up to 20 hours of operating time per charge. A detachable 9.5mm broadcast-grade microphone covers 100Hz-12KHz with -42dB sensitivity.

Who should consider it and who should not

Gamers wanting low-latency wireless audio with a wide frequency range and long battery life will find the headset suited to PC, MacOS and PS5 use. Buyers who need wired analogue connectivity or Bluetooth pairing will not find those options here. Users preferring a lighter headset under 0.5 lb may find the 0.79 lb aluminium frame too heavy for extended sessions.

The specification that decides fit

The 50mm driver size paired with a 20Hz-40KHz response defines the headset's sound signature and determines whether it matches a listener's preference for extended high-frequency detail.
