Traditional mini-wall phone

The Cortelco ITT-2554-V-AS is a corded telephone designed for direct mounting onto a standard wall jack. Its slide-mount connector fits without a separate line cord, and the ash finish with grey buttons suits office or home environments. Tone dialling and a single-gong ringer provide essential voice communication.

Users needing basic wall-mounted service

This handset suits anyone who wants a simple, mains-free phone that plugs straight into a wall outlet. It is not for buyers who need caller ID display, speakerphone operation, multiple line appearances or cordless mobility. Buyers requiring VoIP integration or digital feature sets should look at other categories.

Core voice capacity and limits

The handset volume dial and ringer volume control give enough adjustment for typical room levels. A five-year manufacturer warranty covers the unit. The design runs out when the installation demands advanced calling features, wireless range or compatibility with proprietary PBX feature codes.
