White Paint Marker for Industrial Surfaces

The COSCO 038873 is a liquid paint marker with an extra-large chisel tip that delivers opaque white marks on glass, metal and plastic. It is suited for maintenance crews, fabricators and laboratory staff who need permanent identification on non-porous materials. Buyers who require fine-line detail or water-based cleanup should select a different tool.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

The marker operates without electricity so it produces no heat, no fan noise and draws no power during use. The aluminum housing remains at ambient temperature and the capillary feed works passively. Maximum application and performance temperature is 113 degrees F so the ink stays stable in warm environments.

Capillary Actuation and Compliance

Capillary actuation gives immediate flow without shaking or pumping, reducing downtime on the line. The formulation meets MIL-STD-2041D requirements and contains no GE nuclear or aircraft engine specification restrictions. No replacement tips are offered and the unit ships alone in its aluminum body.

Questions about this item

How do I start the paint flow on the COSCO 038873 marker and what step do people miss?

Remove the cap, hold the marker upright, and press the chisel tip firmly against the surface until white paint saturates the tip; skipping the firm press leaves the capillary feed dry.

What part of the COSCO 038873 marker will need replacement first?

The chisel tip is not replaceable; once the tip frays or the aluminium barrel runs out of paint the entire marker is discarded.

At what temperature does the COSCO 038873 marker stop performing reliably?

The marker is rated to a maximum application and performance temperature of 113 Degrees F; above that the paint may not flow or adhere correctly.
