BIC Xtra-Strong 0.9 mm 24-pack

A 24-count pack of BIC Xtra-Strong mechanical pencils with 0.9 mm thick point lead designed for students who write with heavy pressure. The #2 certified lead meets most standardized test requirements from daily homework through exam season. Each pencil includes a built-in eraser and a colorful clip for attaching to notebooks or binders.

No sharpening required

Lead advances instantly with a click of the integrated eraser so writing continues without interruption during class or study time. The robust 0.9 mm point resists breaking under heavy-handed use better than thinner leads. Assorted barrel colors help students identify their own pencils quickly.

24 pencils for a full semester

The pack supplies enough pencils for a semester of daily note-taking, homework, and test-taking across multiple subjects. High-quality lead writes dark and erases cleanly to keep assignments looking neat. Heavy pressure writers will find the thick lead lasts longer before snapping. Users needing finer line detail for technical drawing or small handwriting may prefer a smaller lead size.

Questions about this item

How do I know the 0.9 mm lead is advancing correctly after I start using the pencil?

Click the built-in eraser; the lead should extend smoothly and write a dark, smudge-free line that erases cleanly, confirming the mechanism works as intended.

What comes in the 24-count pack and is anything else required to use them?

The pack contains twenty-four BIC Xtra Strong mechanical pencils with built-in erasers and colorful clips; no separate lead refills or sharpeners are needed for immediate use.

Which version should I choose if I need pencils that meet standardized-test requirements?

These are certified #2 pencils with 0.9 mm 2H lead, satisfying the requirements for most standardized tests without needing a different model.
