Suitable for studio and classroom work

Artists who need a rigid, primed surface for finished pieces will find these panels convenient. Painters who prefer the flexibility of stretched canvas or the absorbency of heavy paper should look at other formats.

0.13 inch board thickness

The slim profile allows easy framing and storage while still providing a stable painting surface. Buyers who require a deeper edge for gallery-wrap presentation will need a thicker panel.

Questions about this item

What size frame or backing board fits the 12 x 9 canvas panels?

Each panel measures 12 inches wide by 9 inches high and is 0.13 inches thick, so a standard 12 x 9 frame or rigid backing board will fit all three panels in the pack.

Can I use wet media such as acrylics on these canvas panels alongside my existing watercolour paper?

Yes, the canvas surface accepts acrylics, oils and other wet media without buckling, so you can work on them right beside watercolour sheets.

How do I confirm the panels are ready for painting once unpacked?

The white canvas surface should feel uniformly primed, show no warping across the 12 x 9 surface and be 0.13 inches thick, indicating it is prepared for immediate use.
