Crestware FP18 polycarbonate full food pan 20-3/4 in

Full-size polycarbonate food pan

The Crestware FP18 is a full-size polycarbonate food pan designed for commercial kitchens and catering operations. It measures 20-3/4 inches in length, 12-3/4 inches in width and 7-3/4 inches in depth. The durable polycarbonate construction resists impacts and withstands repeated washing cycles.

Suited for high-volume food service

This pan suits restaurants, hotels and banquet halls that require standard full-size pans for steam tables, prep lines and cold storage. It is not intended for buyers who need smaller fractional sizes such as half or third pans for tighter spaces. Operations requiring metal pans for direct flame cooking should look at alternative materials.

Depth of 7-3/4 inches determines capacity

The 7-3/4 inch depth is the critical dimension that defines how much product the pan holds per insert. Verify that your steam table wells and storage racks accommodate this full-size depth before purchasing. The polycarbonate material also clarifies whether the pan meets your temperature and durability requirements.
