Crestware Mushroom Slicer, 8 Cuts

The Crestware mushroom slicer produces eight uniform slices in a single press. It is built for commercial kitchens, catering teams and home cooks who need consistent mushroom portions for salads, stir-fries or pizza toppings. The aluminium frame keeps the tool light while resisting corrosion during daily prep work.

1/4-inch slice width, eight blades

Each blade is spaced to cut mushrooms exactly one quarter of an inch thick, giving even cooking and presentation. The 2 1/4-inch blade length handles standard button and cremini caps comfortably. Larger portobello caps or dense vegetables may exceed the cutting width and require pre-trimming.

Not dishwasher safe

The manufacturer specifies that this slicer is not dishwasher safe, so it must be washed by hand after each use. Buyers who need a slicer that can go through a commercial dishwasher cycle should look for a model rated for machine washing.
