12 in aluminium cover for 16 qt stock pots

This Crestware POTC16 cover fits 16 quart stock pots with a 12 inch diameter. The aluminium construction provides a secure fit for commercial kitchen stock pots. It is designed for professional food service environments where reliable pot coverage is needed during cooking and storage.

2 mm gauge aluminium with NSF certification

The cover features a 2 mm gauge aluminium body that resists warping under heat. An integrated aluminium handle allows safe lifting without additional tools. The product carries NSF certification for sanitation standards but is not dishwasher safe or oven safe, requiring manual cleaning after each use.

Exact 12 in diameter for 16 qt compatibility

The 12 inch overall diameter determines whether this cover matches your existing stock pot. Measure the pot rim before ordering because the cover only fits vessels with this precise opening. Buyers needing a different diameter or a cover rated for oven use should select another model.
